Content use & permissions
Published October 10, 2026. This notice explains the permissions offered for LearnerMiles materials. It does not change an existing purchase or school agreement.
Learning and personal practice
You may use materials made available to you for your own learning and supervised practice. Where a download or print option is provided, you may keep or print the permitted materials for that purpose. Free resources do not grant access to paid membership content. A subscription gives access during its paid period; it does not transfer ownership of the workbook or software.
Sharing and school use
Please share a link to LearnerMiles rather than republishing the workbook. LearnerMiles does not grant permission through this notice to resell, sublicense, publish a copied workbook, distribute paid lesson illustrations, share member credentials or reproduce the platform as another product. School-wide distribution, commercial reuse and use of the LearnerMiles branding require written permission or an applicable license. A directory membership alone does not grant a workbook distribution license.
Your completed practice records
You may download, print or share your own completed record using the options provided, including with a parent, coach or chosen instructor. Avoid including unnecessary personal information and obtain appropriate permission before sharing someone else’s information. This permission does not extend to distributing a blank collection of paid lesson materials.
What this notice covers
Original human-authored content and other eligible contributions are subject to applicable copyright protection. Names and branding may be subject to trademark rights. Third-party content and licensed assets remain subject to their respective owners’ rights. LearnerMiles does not claim ownership of public facts, road laws, general driving concepts or material that is not eligible for protection. Nothing here restricts uses permitted by applicable law, including fair use.
Permission requests and copying concerns
Email info@learnermiles.com with the material, intended use, audience and whether the use is commercial. For a copying concern, include the original material and the location of the suspected copy. Do not send passwords, identity documents or private student records. We will review the request; sending it does not itself grant permission.
